How rePretty chooses sources, reports dates, separates research from product instructions, and corrects material errors.

We start with original and accountable sources
We prioritize peer-reviewed original papers, systematic reviews, professional or public-health guidance, current product manuals, exact product records, and original customer reviews. Search snippets and anonymous summaries may help us discover a source, but they are not the final citation.

Research numbers stay attached to their study
Sample size, wavelength, irradiance, dose, treatment area, schedule, population, and outcome remain connected. A result from a clinic laser, ambient-light experiment, small wearable, or another brand is not presented as a direct test of the rePretty Mat.

Product instructions stay attached to the exact model
Dimensions, controls, accessories, cleaning, safety limits, and starting routines come from the current rePretty model record and manual. When a finished-device measurement is unavailable, we explain the concept without inventing a product value.

Dates describe real publication history
Every guide shows its true first publication date and latest substantive update. rePretty launched its knowledge hub in 2026, so articles are not backdated to 2024 or 2025 merely to imply a longer website history. Older years shown on a guide refer to the publication years of the cited evidence.

Corrections are made on the page
When a product fact, study interpretation, broken source, or material recommendation changes, we update the page and its modified date. Questions or correction requests can be sent through email support.
