How large is the mat?

What controls are included?
Constant, 10 Hz, and 40 Hz modes, five brightness levels, and a 10–90 minute auto-off timer.
How long should I use the mat?
There is no universal duration for every mat or every person. Use the timer and positioning guidance in the current manual; the 10–90 minute controller range is a product feature, not a recommendation to use the longest setting.
Can I lie directly on the mat?
Follow the contact and positioning instructions in the current manual. The rePretty Mat is designed for a supported lie-down routine on a dry, flat, supported surface, but this site does not apply one contact rule to every red light mat.
Does it get warm?
Mild warmth can occur. It is not a traditional heating pad. Stop if connector heat becomes excessive or the controller shuts down unexpectedly.
How should it be cleaned and stored?
Power down and unplug it, allow it to cool, wipe the flexible surface with a damp soft cloth or alcohol wipe, never soak or submerge it, and dry completely. Protect the connector and cable, avoid sharp folds or crushing, and store it in a dry place.
What is the warranty?
