Use & Care

Use & care

A practical routine starts with the manual

Set the mat on a supported, dry surface, inspect the cable and controller, choose a comfortable setting, and stop if you experience discomfort or unusual heat.

Prepare a dry supported surface

Keep the mat, plug, skin, and surrounding area dry. Do not place it on a heated surface.

Connect and inspect

Check the mat, connector, controller, and adapter before use. Stop if anything is damaged.

Choose the mode, level, and timer

The controller supports constant, 10 Hz, and 40 Hz modes, five brightness levels, and a 10–90 minute timer.

Finish, unplug, and cool

Allow the mat to cool before cleaning or folding it for storage.

Cleaning

Wipe clean. Never soak.

Unplug the mat. Wipe the TPU surface with a damp soft cloth or an alcohol wipe. Do not soak or submerge the mat, controller, connector, or adapter. Let every part dry completely before storage.

Storage checklist

Cool, dry, unplugged, loosely folded, and placed in the included storage bag without sharp objects pressing into the LED surface.

Warmth and session boundary

Mild warmth can occur

The mat is not a traditional heating pad. Stop use if a connector becomes excessively hot, the controller shuts down unexpectedly, or you experience burning, unusual redness, or discomfort. The manual states a maximum of 90 minutes per session and says not to treat the same area more than once per day.

Ask a healthcare professional before use when light sensitivity, pregnancy, photosensitizing medication, recent steroid treatment, suspicious lesions, heart disease, or pacemaker concerns may apply.
